He spearheaded an initiative to enhance the quality of archival music recordings, producing multiple audio and video recordings of performances from artists like John Legend, Ben Folds and They Might Be Giants – several of which were commercially released.

Prior to Arcadia, Jan founded video production outfit Mole Media, where he notably produced a webcast and multi-camera shoot of Al Gore’s speech on global warming prior to the release of the Oscar© winning ‘An Inconvenient Truth.’ Jan’s specialties include project management and systems integration and installation as well as post-production, motion graphics, content production for large LED video displays.
